Brad Tolkin / Jeff Tolkin
Brad and Jeff Tolkin serve as Co-Chairmen/Co-CEOs of World Travel Holdings. Each has over 25 years of
experience as an operating executive in the travel industry. Prior to co-founding World Travel Holdings
in 2005, the Tolkins owned and operated Travel Impressions, one of the country's most successful
privately held travel wholesalers. Under the Tolkins' leadership, Travel Impressions was profitable
for 22 consecutive years and successfully operated such prestigious industry brands as Pan American
Holidays, Eastern Vacations, Continental Vacations, and Virgin Atlantic Vacations. In 1992, the
Tolkins acquired Empress Travel, a retail travel agency with 40 stores, and expanded the chain to
include over 100 locations.
Travel Impressions and Empress Travel were both sold to American Express in 1998. During the Tolkins'
tenure at American Express, they successfully transitioned both operations to wholly owned subsidiaries
of American Express.
Brad holds a BS from Cornell University and Jeff holds a BA from
Columbia College and a JD from Columbia Law School.

Jamie Cash
Jamie Cash serves as WTH's Senior Vice President of Technology and is responsible
for all of the company's technology functions, including software development and
technical services support. Under Cash's leadership, WTH will continue to maintain
and provide the most cost-effective and innovative technology solutions in
the travel industry. Cash joined WTH/NLG in 2001 as Director of Technical
Architecture. Prior to joining WTH/NLG, he held technology leadership roles
at several start-up ventures and consulted in the financial services industry
for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Cash is a graduate of Amherst College.

David Crooks
David Crooks serves as Senior Vice President of Product & Operations.
Crooks is responsible for overseeing the growth and profitability of all cruise
sales through WTH's various distribution channels as well as for overseeing all cruise
supplier relationships. He has been with NLG/WTH since NLG's inception in 1986 and
has held a variety of positions including Director of Sales and Training. Crooks
began his career in the travel industry as a tour director for Paragon Tours and
Travel and then as their Director of Tour Escorts. He also worked for the St.
Moritz-on-the-Park, New York, NY, and for Cunard Line as a member of the onboard
cruise staff. Crooks is a graduate of Niagara University.

Debbie Fiorino
Debbie Fiorino serves as Vice President of Human Resources. She is responsible
for all Human Resource functions including payroll, compensation, benefits,
attracting and retaining the best talent for WTH, as well as Learning &
Development. Since joining WTH in 2002, she has served as Benefits Manager and
Director of Total Rewards & Corporate HR. Fiorino has worked in HR for over 20
years. Prior to joining WTH, she served at companies including KaBloom,
Bertucci’s Corporation (NE Restaurant Company) and Medical Diagnostics, Inc.
Debbie holds a BS from the University of Massachusetts/Boston.

Simon Goodall
Simon Goodall serves as Senior Vice President of Private Label Programs. His
responsibilities include leading the growth of business through strategic
partnerships and new business ventures. Since joining WTH/NLG in 2001, Goodall
has led a number of key initiatives in Information Technology, Product
Management, Revenue Management and our Vacation Packaging business. Prior to
WTH/NLG he held a variety of positions at start-up ventures including
Living.com, where he helped launch a multimillion-dollar strategic alliance with
Amazon.com to create a "Home Living" store at Amazon.com. Earlier in his career
he held positions in operations management at General Motors. Goodall holds a BS
from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Don Graff
Don Graff serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all
finance functions including reporting, budgeting, expense control, and accounts payable
& receivable. Graff has worked in Finance for over 20 years. Since joining WTH/NLG
in 2003, he has served as Controller and Director of Finance. Prior to joining the
company, he served as Director of Finance for Genuity and as Director of Business Analysis
for GTE Corporation. Graff holds an MS in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University
and is a graduate of the University of Nebraska.

Jeff Sherota
Jeff Sherota serves as Senior Vice President of CruisesOnly, Cruise411, 1-800-Cruises,
and Cruises.com. Sherota has worked in the cruise vacation industry for more than
14 years, beginning his career as Executive Cruise Consultant with Gold Coast Cruises.
Throughout his tenure at Gold Coast Cruises, Sherota held various positions of
increasing responsibility in the areas of marketing, operations, and finance.
Sherota served as Gold Coast's Vice President of Operations and Finance from
1998 to 2000 and as Vice President and General Manager of CruisesOnly's Miami
office, the largest CruisesOnly location. In 2005, he joined WTH as President of
the Cruise411 brand. Sherota is a graduate of Colgate University.

Jeff Smith
Jeff Smith serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Care. He is responsible for operation of four
sales centers including a home-based, virtual sales center with agents located across
the US. Smith is responsible for all offline individual sales of mass-market cruise
and land vacations for the company's owned and partner brands. Smith joined WTH/NLG
in 1993 as a Vacation Consultant. Throughout his tenure at WTH/NLG, he has held
various positions in Sales and Sales Center Management. Smith served as General
Manager of the Virtual and Virginia Beach Sales Centers from 2003 to 2005.
Smith is a graduate of Nasson College.

Dwain Wall
Dwain Wall serves as Senior Vice President of Home-Based Division, which
includes the CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. brands. Wall brings over 25 years
of experience in the travel industry to WTH and will continue to grow the
company's franchisee and independent contractor agency base, providing
industry-best support to our home-based agents. Wall joined WTH in April
of 2008. Prior to his arrival, Wall was a consultant to Hotels.com, a
leading hotel consolidator owned by Expedia, and was responsible for
their strategic account acquisitions. He also was a founding member of
the team that grew Grand Expeditions, a luxury and adventure travel
business. Wall started his travel career at Carlson Wagonlit Travel,
where he held various positions over 17 years including Vice President
of Leisure, North America. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State
University and also a Certified Travel Consultant of George
Washington University.
