Why I work at WTH: Ten years ago I was a career waitress making excellent money but it was a dead end position. When I discovered this company was hiring for positions that "Sold Fun" and offered the opportunity to work in the travel industry it was like a dream come true. After 10 years of working for this company, my lifestyle has improved and I love my career working with a great team and management.

Best Trip: I won a 7 night cruise to the Western Caribbean on the Maasdam with Holland America. It was the first time I had ever been outside of the United States and it opened my eyes to a whole new world. I'll never forget horseback riding in Jamaica and sitting underneath a waterfall in Dunns River.

Best Experience at WTH: My best experience with WTH was when I was offered the opportunity to relocate to South Florida and work with a great group of folks in the Miramar office, near Miami. I started as an inbound Customer Service agent and was promoted to a Customer Service Supervisor and then was offered a virtual position with the E-Service Team. I've had so many best experiences working with this company but this is one that stands out. In a struggling economy WTH continues to offer opportunity to their employees. WTH is my second family.

Best Experience at WTH: Helping new virtual agents. They sometimes feel alone and I am always willing to help them. But gosh there are so many best employee experiences I have had here. Just doing different jobs, starting with being an agent then helping train new agents , doing Outbound, working in Ops , working as an overnight lead and now a supervisor with a team of 30.

Best trip: I live in Texas, about 5 hrs from the Port of Galveston. I was invited by Carnival through WTH to the Carnival Magic Inaugural Boot Scootin’ Celebration. I met others in the travel industry while being waited on hand and foot; and it was all paid for by Carnival.

Best Experience at WTH: Honestly, I was greatly challenged to come up with only one(1) best experience. First, WTH has made me a "Memory Maker" by allowing me to help others, DAILY, book the cruise vacation of their dreams. Then there are the callers who say, "Wow. I never expected to get this kind of service from an online agency." But above all, it would be the blessing being able to do all this and have a career as a travel professional while being VIRTUAL. I have an excellent CAREER and my kids never come home from school to an empty house.
