What does it mean by "virtual"?
Virtual exists in an environment without walls. There are no physical boundaries when it comes to a virtual team.
All of the virtual employees are remote and work from home. WTH's Virtual Team operates the same as our
traditional house teams. As a remote agent for WTH you are responsible for certain performance expectations
(call handling, phone time, calls per hour, etc) and are supervised throughout your work day. You will be required
to participate in team meetings and ongoing training initiatives. WTH routes calls to each remote employee at their
house through the Avaya phone system.
What is required to work from home?
Working from home for WTH is not only a fun thing to do but is quite simple. Here is all you need.
- A private area (preferable a dedicated office) to work in order to allow for you to have fun and share in
the excitement of planning your customer's cruise
- A dedicated phone line with local telephone service only
- A headset ready phone used to take calls
- A desk that will allow you to use a computer
WTH provides a computer, monitor, keyboard and a mouse. You are required to pay for select equipment.
What kind of work does an at home agent do?
As a virtual agent at WTH you will primarily handle inbound call from the customers of WTH's company owned and
partner labeled brands. The calls will be a combination of sales and service calls relating to vacations and
cruises. During our extensive training you are provided all of the necessary tools to be able to deliver a
remarkable experience on each call.
Do I need internet service?
Yes you will need either a DSL or Cable modem connection. We DO NOT support dial up, satellite connections or
wireless networks.
You MUST have the following minimum requirements in order to satisfy the work at home requirements at WTH.
-384 KBS upload speed
-768 KBS download speed
How often am I paid?
Each pay period is two weeks in length. All checks are paid out the following Friday of each two week period
running from Sunday through Saturday. We require all of our remote employees to enroll in direct deposit.
Company Provided Computer: Refundable $500 deposit (Payroll deducted – certain conditions apply.)

Secure file cabinet: $100
